Most garage door installationss use a standard lift track.  12 or 15 inch radius standard lift track.

However sometimes a door will require special lift requirements.

Low head Room set up is the most common non standard lift used on residential doors.

There are several lift options available for both Residential and Commercial options.

Standard lift - 12 and 15 inch radius track

Low head room - used when there is less then 12 inches of Headroom on residential doors (17 inches on commercial)

High Lift - is used when the ceiling height allows you to continue the door up the wall and the horizontal track is

approx 8 inches off the ceiling.  Ideal if you have a lift in the garage

Follow Roof Pitch -  Ideal for a garage with a vaulted ceiling, this allows for the track and

door panels to follow the contour of the ceiling.  Great if you have a lift in the garage.
